The phone searches for China Mobile. Keep the China line selected for mobile data.
It should be selected for mobile data. Your home line can stay on for texts.
The eSIM roams on China Mobile, so roaming must be on for this line. There is no extra charge. Keep roaming off on your home SIM.
Plan days start once the eSIM is installed. Each day ends at 11:59 PM China time (GMT+8), so the first day can be short. Pick one day more than your stay. On a daily plan, the next day’s 500 MB or 1 GB starts at that time.
